Real person, not a ticket queue. Email us and we'll get back to you within one business day.
Signing links go out through your own phone's Messages app, from your own number — ChangeOrder never sends a text on your behalf. If it didn't arrive, open the change order and use Copy link instead, then send it however you like (email, another messaging app). The link works in any mobile browser; the homeowner doesn't need an account or the app.
Not in place — that's deliberate. Once a change order leaves draft it's locked, so what the homeowner saw is exactly what's on record. To change it, open the change order and choose Revise & resend. That creates a new version, keeps the full history, and invalidates the old signing link.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us. In the app go to Settings → Subscription & account → Manage subscription, which opens your Apple subscription settings. You can also manage it from the iOS Settings app under your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Canceling stops the renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Tap Restore purchases on the paywall or on Settings → Subscription & account. If it still doesn't unlock after a minute, email us with the Apple receipt and we'll sort it out.
In the app: Settings → Subscription & account → Delete account. That permanently removes your business, change orders, photos, and signatures, and deletes your login. Signed PDFs that were already emailed stay in your and your clients' inboxes — we can't reach into those.
Drafts are saved on your phone and sync when you get signal back. Pricing help, photo upload, signing, and PDF generation all need a connection, since those have to be recorded server-side to be provable.
Electronic signatures are generally valid under the U.S. ESIGN Act. ChangeOrder hashes the exact PDF before it's presented, so the signature is tied cryptographically to the specific document that was shown, and records the time, IP address, and device that signed it. That's a stronger record than a photo of a signed page — but it isn't legal advice, and state and contract-specific rules still apply.
Same address — support@getchangeorder.com. For a bug, the most useful things to include are what you tapped, what you expected, what happened instead, and your iPhone model and iOS version.
